Because all Alice Or Jewellery pieces are handmade to order, please allow for an extra 2-3 weeks’ production time.
If your order is urgent, please email us at email@example.com and we will endeavour to have the job placed as priority where possible.
Shipping Within Australia
All orders placed within Australia will receive complimentary express shipping with a signature on delivery service.
We can deliver to PO boxes Australia wide.
Your order will be processed as soon as possible within standard business hours. Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery to Australian metropolitan areas and 2-5 business days for Australian regional areas.
For orders up to $299, shipping is $35 via Australia Post Express International shipping.
Any orders over $300 will receive complimentary express shipping.
Shipping can take 4-5 business days.
As soon as your order is ready, you will receive a dispatch email with your express post tracking number.
Alice Or Jewellery is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces of nature or other uncontrollable events. Pieces lost in transit by Australia Post will not be replaced by Alice Or Jewellery.
All Alice Or Jewellery pieces are handmade adhering to the highest standards and are quality checked before shipment. For peace of mind, we will gladly accept any returns for a store credit if the piece is in its original condition, unworn and repacked in protective packaging. If the piece is faulty, faulty procedures will be followed (on a case-by-case basis).
We will happily accept exchanges on all products and ring sizes, however customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges. Please allow a 2-3 week turnaround for the correct ring size / jewellery exchanges to be made.
There are no exchanges on custom made items.
Please note: all our pieces are handmade and finished to order, so sizes and shapes may vary slightly.
As Sterling Silver is a natural element, Sterling Silver pieces can become tarnished when exposed to chemicals or moisture, and when left unworn. The same applies to 9k Gold pieces due to the lower content of pure gold. 14k Gold and 18k Gold pieces will not have this issue as they contain a higher content of pure gold.
If your pieces arrive slightly discoloured, do not be alarmed as this is the nature of Sterling Silver and 9k Gold jewellery. They simply need to be worn and can be rejuvenated with jewellery cleaning liquid and/or a polishing cloth.
