Shipping charges are $12 Australia wide express post or $4.95 standard satchel delivery, for orders up to $299. You will receive complimentary shipping for any orders over $300 Australia wide. We will process your order as soon as possible within standard business hours. Please allow 1-3 working days for Australian metropolitan areas and 2-5 working days for Australian regional areas. We do deliver to PO boxes in Australia. Please keep in mind, up to 3 weeks production time in making all AOJ custom pieces. As soon as your order is ready, we will send you a dispatch email with express post tracking number.  

International postage
Postage rates of $25AU by Aus Post International shipping. Customers will be notified as soon as item is shipped. Shipping can take 3-12 days. 

Purchases over $349 is complimentary & shipped with a signature on delivery service.

Alice Or Jewellery is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events. Pieces lost in transit by Australia Post will not be replaced by Alice Or Jewellery.

Alice Or Jewellery pieces are made with the highest standard and are quality checked before shipment.

For peace of mind we will gladly accept any returns for an in store credit prior the jewellery piece is left in the original condition, unworn and repacked in protective packaging unless the item is faulty, in which case faulty procedures will be followed. We will happily accept exchanges on all products & ring sizes, however customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges. Please allow a 2-3 week turn around for the correct ring size/ jewellery exchanges to be made.

There are no exchanges on custom made items.

Please note; all our pieces are hand made & finished to order, sizes and shape may vary slightly. 

Sterling Silver being a natural element, can become tarnished through chemicals and when left unworn. The same applies to 9k, due to lower content of pure gold. 14k & 18k will not have this issue as they contain higher content of pure gold. 

If your pieces arrive slightly discoloured, do not be alarmed, it is simply the nature of sterling Silver and 9k jewellery. They simply need to be worn and can be rejuvenated with jewellery cleaning liquid &/or a polishing cloth.
