* CHRISTMAS ORDERS * Please note for all orders to be made and sent out in time for Christmas, last day to place your order- Australia wide is Dec 15th Tuesday. AOJ workshop will be closed for two weeks during Christmas. All orders from Dec 24th, manufacture will commence in January 11th Monday. Wishing all AOJ lovers a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! We thank you very much for your support and look forward in making you more bespoke pieces in the near future xAOJ

Alice Or Jewellery pieces are made with the highest standard and are quality checked before shipment.

For piece of mind we will gladly accept any returns for an in store credit prior the jewellery piece is left in the original condition, unworn and repacked in protective packaging. unless the item is faulty, in which case faulty procedures will be followed. We will happily accept exchanges on all products & ring sizes, however customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges. Please allow a 2-3 week turn around for the correct ring size/ jewellery exchange to be made.

There are no exchanges on custom made items.

Prices are subject to slight variations due to changes in gold, metal & exchange rates. 

All pieces are hand made & finished to order, please allow 2-3 weeks to produce. If an order is urgent please kindly send us an email and we will endeavor to have the job placed as priority where possible.
